QuestionMark Files N20m Lawsuit Against KCee's Five Star Music And Harry Song.

Mr Kevin Luciano, owner of QuestionMark Entertainment and PMAN (performing Musician's Artistes of Nigeria) president has just filed N20m ($117,000) lawsuit against KCEE’s Five Star Music. QuestionMark Entertainment is the label that discovered the likes of Asa, Cobhams and more.

According to NET, the lawsuit was filed against KCee's Five Star Music artiste, Harry song for allegedly breaching a contract he signed with QuestionMark and also against the record label; Five Star Music for having a contract with Harrysong despite knowing he was yet to serve out of the contract with the former label, QuestionMark.

A source told NET that before filing the lawsuit, Kelvin had tried all efforts to reach a settlement amicably to no avail with KCEE's five star music and Harry Song (the man behind the Nelson Mandela tribute song which is said to be the most downloaded caller tune ever with over a million downloads on the day of its release and the one who wrote KCee's hit single; ‘Limpopo’). The source from QuestionMark's camp went on to say, ‘It is because of their nonchalant attitude that we have decided to take the matter to court since they were not ready to sit and talk it out.’

KCee's manager and executive at Five Star Music; Soso Soberekon denied receiving a court injunction on the matter. He said, ‘Kevin has been on this for a while but we are yet to receive any court injunction about this matter.’ He admitted they are currently ongoing to resolve the issue amicably and negotiating.
