VIDEO: Cloud Falls In Kuwait

Hey, this is a shocker one, I am having a serious mixed feelings on this; wondering if this is real or fake. A Cloud fell in Kuwait? I have never heard of this since i was born. I doubt if cloud could ever fall because it's like a thick smoke... it could just disperse.

I was about to believe this when a second thought made me realize that cloud can't be stopped by a fence. This should be an industrial cotton or wool. However, cloud is so light and can't fall like that. It's quite controversial cos some people believe it and some like me don't.
